Footgolf
Football and golf combined in a fun game for everyone!
A sport for everyone
Footgolf combines the precision of golf with the pace of football. It is played on golf courses, where the aim is to get a football into an oversized footgolf hole in as few kicks as possible. An ideal activity for families, friends or corporate team building days!

The history and the first footgolf course
in Slovakia, in Malacky
The origins of footgolf are unclear, as the sport emerged in many places at once. Officially, however, footgolf was born as a fully fledged sport in the Netherlands, where the first rules were set out and the game itself was promoted internationally.
The International FootGolf Association was founded in 2009.
In June 2012 the Federation for International FootGolf (FIFG) was established, and it governs footgolf worldwide.
On 21 February 2014, the Slovak Footgolf Association, the organisation governing footgolf in Slovakia, was officially registered with the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic.
In the summer of 2014 we decided to support the newly formed association, which was looking for a suitable site for the first footgolf course in Slovakia. For this project we offered the 9-hole Public golf course at the White Eurovalley golf resort in Malacky, where, together with the Footgolf Association, we created the first 18-hole footgolf course in Slovakia, officially opened to the public in September 2014. We closed the footgolf course on the PUBLIC course from the 2022 season onwards because of damage caused by wild animals.
From the 2023 season we have opened a new footgolf course on the White golf course.
Black River Footgolf Course
Due to high demand, at the end of July 2015 we opened the unique 18-hole Black River footgolf course in Bernolakovo. It is a course like no other, remarkable for its difficulty and its beauty alike. The very first hole will take your breath away, and it has been voted the most beautiful golf hole in Slovakia several times. The second hole, played across the Cierna Voda river, is just as striking. The course offers an unusually large number of beautiful and distinctive ways to play. If you do not believe us, come and try it, you will not regret it.
The Black River footgolf course is highly regarded above all at international level, as shown by the strong international turnout every year, with more than 20 countries represented, at the largest Slovak footgolf tournament, the Slovak FootGolf Open.
